CoveCart currently ships to North America. If you need a product shipped to another country please contact us.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The time depends on the type of shipping service you select and the time to get the package ready by the seller. You can receive packages the same day or up to 7 days later, depending on the product, carrier service and destination.

How are shipping costs determined

The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost based on our lowest-price shipping method and presuming that all items in your cart are going to a single address.

Order & Returns

How Do I Track My Order?

After any order is completed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase. After the order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information. You can click on the tracking number and you will be redirected to the courier website. If you need any extra information, please contact support@covecart.com

What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?

For some cases, it takes 2-4 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 4 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

What should I do if I don't get my order by the expected delivery date?

Check your shipping confirmation email and contact the shipping carrier directly if your order doesn't arrive by the expected delivery date. If an order is 3 days past the estimated delivery date or tracking shows it as delivered, and you never received the order, please contact support@covecart.com to check your order status.

How Can I Return a Product?

If your order arrives damaged, the item looks different from the picture or does not match the description, please email us at support@covecart.com and we will send you instructions for how to return your item(s).

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, you can do it through your Order Confirmation email. Please review our general Terms and Conditions to determine if your order is available for cancellation or change.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can check-in as a guest, which means you don't need to create an account. We recommend users to open an account to be able to enjoy benefits such as: Manage your account details, order history, get discounted rates and promotions.

How long does it take for seller to accept the order?

For the most part, 24 to 48 hours seems to be the standard observed by most sellers and their agents, but there are some exceptions.

How long does the seller has to ship the order?

Every seller determines their own handling time to ship the item after the payment clears. You will typically be provided with an estimated delivery date that you can view from your Order Confirmation email, which includes the carrier handling time and the estimated transit time of the shipping method offered.

Why is my payment unsuccessful?

Debit and credit card payments can be unsuccessful for several reasons. The most common reason for an unsuccessful card payment is that your bank has declined it. Some other reasons can be browser issues, 3D Secure verification issue or insufficient funds. We sometimes stop card payments to protect our customers from potentially fraudulent activity. Most of the time, card payments are declined for the reasons listed above. But if you see a more generic error message, the best way to fix it is to try paying another way.
